Pricing Transparency We use SalonScale, a professional color management system that measures the exact amount of product used during your service. This ensures accurate, fair pricing for every guest. The cost of the color is calculated based on your hair’s specific needs including length, thickness, and density, and is added to your total at checkout. Because each head of hair is unique, were unable to provide exact product charge in advance. However, we will always communicate openly and work with you to stay within your beauty goals and budget.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience we ask for a card on file when booking an appointment. By doing so you agree to our pricing and cancellation policy, which is designed to value and respect both our time and yours. Keeping scheduled appointments is of upmost importance to us as it allows us to provide consistent and reliable service to all of our clients. Therefore we request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of 25% of the appointment total. Additionally, please note that any no call no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
